Hi! I’m Hayden.
I got my start as a school counselor supporting BIG behaviors. I’m now a Synergetic Play Therapist specializing in meltdowns, anxiety, and big, overwhelming emotions.
Oh… and have 3 little kids of my own, so I’m currently in it with you.
Managing meltdowns has been my world for the last 7 years.
So… I’ll just say that I get it, and not just in a “this is what you’re supposed to do” way.

While I specialize in working with younger children in my play therapy practice, I’m not working with your child in this course (& I’m not providing therapy)! The information contained in this course is an understanding of the HUMAN brain and nervous system, and as such, can be applied to any age (I mean in a chunk of the course I ask you to apply the info to yourself). While things may look different with different aged kiddos, the information can help inform our responses regardless. So all that to say, this course goes a whole lot deeper than just “do it like exactly as I tell you.”

Absolutely! The course is not meant to be shared (& I’d very much appreciate you not doing so), AND when you purchase the course, it is yours to use to support your child or children! That means feel free to have your child’s support team complete the course (parents/caregivers, nanny/babysitter, grandparents).
